June is National Cancer Survivors Month!

Specifically Sunday June 3rd is National Cancer Survivors Day!! National Cancer Survivors Day is a CELEBRATION for those who have survived, an INSPIRATION for those recently diagnosed, a gathering of SUPPORT for families, and an OUTREACH to the community.

Take pictures of you and your family out doing something fun, take pictures of yourself out enjoying the day and beating the struggles, and take pictures of different events you might attend here in the Lowcountry. Tag us on Facebook or Twitter!!!

Get out in the area and connect with other families and survivors and maybe even meet some new friends. This can help promote more resources, research, and survivor-friendly legislation to improve cancer survivors’ quality of life. Spread the Word!!

From all of us here at CHOA, Congrats on being another survivor and thank you for allowing us to be part of your cancer journey!
